At Foundry Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for resale quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
