What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock fixtures ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4-8 weeks to ship, depending on the manufacturer's production schedule.
Do your fixtures come with light bulbs included?
While most of our decorative fixtures do not include bulbs to allow for personal customization, some integrated LED fixtures and specific vintage-style lamps will include them. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page.
What is your return policy for home lighting?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or modified wires cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply to certain oversized items.
Are your products compatible with smart home systems?
Yes, many of our fixtures are compatible with smart dimmers and bulbs. We recommend using high-quality LED-compatible dimmers to ensure flicker-free performance with our modern lighting collections.

What should I do if my fixture arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your lighting arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product to initiate a free replacement.
